Internet Return / Refund Policy Goods will be accepted by Asimi for exchange, credit or refund if returned within 30 days of purchase, with receipt. Goods returned must be in their original condition with all tags still in place. Custom designed jewellery, special orders and pierced earrings are regrettably not returnable. In the unlikely event that items are received in faulty condition or damaged you must notify us within 48 hours. Goods will then be replaced or refunded at no extra cost to you. Delivery Time & Charges £2.50 delivery charge for UK orders - £8.50 to other countries. FREE delivery for orders over £100.00. As we keep most items in stock we aim to have your order delivered within 3-5 working days. In the unlikely even of the item being out of stock please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
